On Thursday, September 23, 2010 we all went to Crandall Park in Glens Falls to watch the balloon launch. This was a great time, and Charlotte loved seeing all the different types and colors of the balloons. Her favorite ones were the Strawberry Balloon and the Pumpkin Balloon.

Labor Day weekend was spent in a lazy way, watching movies with Charlotte and helping JoAnn with Lucy. On Saturday morning I made breakfast for the girls, and then on Sunday we went to Ridge Road Wesleyan Church to hear Pastor Dean’s message. On Monday we all spent the day in our pajamas, and now have to face a new week where we will be taking a tour of Charlotte’s pre-school, meeting her new teacher, and getting a visit from Aunt Judy who lives in Kansas. Should be a good time.
On Thursday, August 19 we took Charlotte to Six Flags Great Escape as part of the Starlight Children’s Foundation group. This is a great charity and we thank them so much for allowing us to be part of this day at the Great Escape. Charlotte had a complete blast!
Here are some videos from the day out.
Here are some videos taken at the hospital when Lucy and Charlotte met for the first time! So precious and cute!
JoAnn and I are proud and happy to announce the arrival of Lucinda Violet Dawes. She was born on Saturday, August 14, 2010 and Glens Falls Hospital. She weighed in at 7lbs 1.3oz, was 19 inches long, and was simply just perfect!
